Ostjal on järgmised võimalused kauba kättesaamiseks:
DPD ja Itella Smartpost; kojuvedu (Venipak); kauba iseteeninduslik väljastus meie poest aadressil Kopli 1, 10412 Tallinn, Eesti.
Transpordikulud tasub ostja, kui pole tegemist kampaaniaga, ning vastav hinnainfo kuvatakse valitud tarneviisi juures.
Eestisisesed saadetised (kui ei ole märgitud teisiti) jõuavad ostja määratud sihtkohta tavaliselt 10 tööpäeva jooksul alates ostukuupäevast.
Euroopa Liidu piires toimub tarne tavaliselt 10–14 kalendripäeva jooksul ning väljaspool EL-i kuni 14–30 päeva jooksul.
Erandjuhtudel on meil õigus tarnida kaup kuni 45 kalendripäeva jooksul.
Taganemisõigus ei kehti, kui ostjaks on juriidiline isik.
TAGASTUSED
Meie poes kehtib 30-päevane tagastuspoliitika – see tähendab, et sul on 30 päeva alates kauba kättesaamisest, et esitada tagastussoov.
Khuul Shop ei aktsepteeri vahetusi ega tagasimakseid põhjusel „muutsin meelt”.
Tagastatav kaup peab olema samas seisukorras, nagu see saadi – kasutamata, kandmata, siltidega ning originaalpakendis.
Tagastuse algatamiseks on vaja ostutšekki või ostutõendit.
