You can return your ordered item(s) for any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery!

If you are located in Estonia, please use a suitable parcel machine and send your return to Tabasalu Rimi Pakiautomaat. DPD, Smartpost or Omniva.

When you have sent your return, please let us know via live chat or email at help@khuulshop.com. In free form, let us know your order number, what item(s) you are returning and the tracking number.

Requirements for the returned item:  

• The item cannot be damaged;  
• The appearance of the product has not changed substantially;  
• The product is packed in suitable packaging to prevent damage during transportation.  
• The cost of returning item(s) is paid by customers.

We ship orders worldwide! By default, we use national post service and our handling time for shipping an order is 2-4 working days.

We also offer DHL Express service at an additional cost if it is availabe to your country.

In Estonia we parcel machines to deliver orders. Omniva, Smartpost & DPD.

Average time of arrivals from date of dispatch:

• Estonia 2 to 3 working days;
• Elsewhere in Europe & UK 10 to 14 working days;
• The US 14 to 21 working days;
• Everywhere else 20-30 working days.
