The buyer has the following options to receive the goods: parcel machines by Omniva, DPD & Itella Smartpost, standard international post by Tempo Post, express post by FedEx, or pick-up from our store in Estonia. Kopli 1, 10412, Tallinn.

Shipping costs are paid by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.

Shipments within Estonia (unless otherwise mentioned) usually reach the destination specified by the buyer within 10 working days from the date of purchase. Delivery inside the European Union takes place within 10-14 calendar days, and delivery outside the EU takes place within 14-30 days.

In exceptional cases, the right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days.

The right of returning does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Khuul Shop does not accept any exchanges or refunds due to "change of mind". To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the business address, and the cost of the return is not reimbursed.
