Return Application

1. You have the right to exchange or return the product ordered from the e-shop within 14 days. The 14-day period starts from the confirmed delivery of the product.

2. In order to return, the Customer must send a return application to the e-mail address: help@khuulshop.com

3. Return are only accepted for orders inside the European Union. Orders outside the EU are not accepted.
